Hi, I have not put under 18's on the agreements in the past, but I have now switched to the RLA AST and this states to list all and to include children. Is this mandatory?

I use an agency but do they look at 'right to rent' for the children also?

When a child turns 18 how/what changes in relation to the AST? Does the 18 year old need to complete the 'right to rent' docs if necessary at that point?
