We have bought a small development of 4 mews properties. it has come to light that the developers haven't arranged a phone line and 8 weeks on none of the tenants have a phone line or internet. We have had a nightmare with Openreach and the developers are not taking any responsibility despite the driveways now needing to be dug up to installed the cables.

While i am bothered the tenants do not have access to the internet especially as 2 of the 4 tenants are home based workers and rely on internet i want to know where i stand in terms of my responsibility.

there are going to be costs involved to have the cables installed and the tenants have run up large mobile bills for their internet usage.

any help would be helpful.
