Possession Order on Commercial Property
Hi, we have a situation whereby we have a Commercial Tenant who we are trying to evict for rent arrears and breach of contract (Allowing someone to live in the premises). Bailiffs have been sent using a forfeiture of Lease, but had to retreat when they realised someone was living in one of the rooms (The property is also being used as a Massage parlor).
Our question is- What action can we take now to evict these people and do we need to be using a solicitor or can we push the claim through the court ourselves?
We need to be clear in our minds as to what we are doing as we dont want to be wasting anymore time or money than we really have to on this now.
