Claiming back late payment fees
About a year ago my tenant decided not to opay the rent for over a month (deposit having the money) when she finally did under the terms of the STA the fees totalled £400. I have now issued a section 21 to get property back to sell it (rent is up to date) question is when it comes to repaying the deposit can i dispute to try and claim the fees that were never paid for late rent? I am sure she will dispute it but whats my chances of winning if it goers to ombudsmen (bearing in mind i am charging what it states in the RLA tenancy agreement)
