Allocation of income from jointly-owned rental property
We have 5 residential rental houses/flats, all jointly-owned self/spouse. We'd like to allocate the income non-50/50. Is this possible with a legal statement (eg sworn statement) that we agree to such a split, or do we have to change the actual proportion of ownership?
