Gas Certificate due tenant not answering calls
We have got a tenant who is being dishonest to us and who has missed payments until we started getting the payments directly from the council.
The annual gas safety certificate is due and the gas engineer is repeatedly phoning to make an appointment to go and check the gas however the tenant is not picking the phone up or responding to his voice mails.
We would like to have any suggestion on what we can do to cover ourselves legally.
Your suggestion would be most appreciated.
