beneficial interest company trust
I am considering employing a beneficial interest company trust.
I have a few questions regarding its formation & would be grateful for any advice:
- On what grounds might one legitimately set up such a company>trust
- Properties still under mortgage- while it's not mandatory to inform the lender; this may create problems-is this correct and if so; what are the likely issues
- Can beneficiaries to the trust be added at a later late or should they be declared at inception (minor to be added)
Finally; could anyone recommend a company that specialises in this form of trust please.
