selling a leasehold flat
I am trying to sell my leasehold flat, at first the freeholder (my landlord) did not respond to enquiries from my solicitor and we were about to offer a absent landlord indemnity policy for the buyer, but then the freeholder did respond. Despite numerous letters and phone calls we still do not have the necessary information from the landlord. Is there anything that I can do to force the freeholder to supply the required information, or a way of selling the flat without the freeholder?
