freeholder access to leasholders land
I own a leasehold flat with outside space. I noticed on the title plans that my boundary goes into my neighbours garden.
After some investigation, it turns out the Freeholder sold a section of ground to my neighbour when he built the house. But did so with out amending my lease. So does my right off access still exist? i.e. as i understand it the freeholder has no right to use the plot as i have the lease i.e. his freehold title is worthless? but problem is he has established walls etc so i can not use or access the land, any suggestions?
