Paperwork from Letting Agent on Let Only
Please can someone clarify me exactly what paperwork my agent should issue me after my property is let.
They advice me everything I would need should I need to issue a Section 21 but they do not send it to me. Surely this is something that should be sent to me as soon as a tenant moves in so I know its been done?
Also should they provide me with references and credit checks for my records.
