monthly contractural tenancy

can you confirm that your tenancy wording means that the local council cannot claim council tax arrears after the six month tenancy ends and runs on as in the Leeds v Broadly case. I note yours states contractural periodic but understand that it should state monthly contractural tenancy. I want to ensure I am not liable for council tax arrears.
