I am thinking of selling my 2-bed property to try and upgrade to a different property in a better area, so am putting the property up for sale.

What are the problems I might face if I get a Tenant in on a short term rolling periodic monthly tenancy, so far as getting the Tenant out (e.g. notice period). I will be explaining to the Tenant that the house is up for sale before signing a Tenancy Agreement. Can anyone suggest which Tenancy to use as I usually provide a 6 month fixed Tenancy

The area itself is subject to social problems and house prices are falling in the area, so the property may sell in a month, but probably will take a lot longer to sell.

Doe anyone know the best way to go about this, please?
