Tennant has used his own repair agent
I have just received a call from our tenant saying that he has had a burst pipe within a single property which has caused a problem and major damage.
He claims that "So he did not disturb us", he decided to take it upon himself to call his own plumber, who came out at very short notice but of course is now hitting us with a very high bill.
We have always stipulated that he should talk to us first.
Has anyone had any similar experiences, or solutions.
