I have a tenant who was on an ast which provided by a letting agent. When that tenancy became periodic the tenant signed onto a new contract which allowed for her dog, a small rent increase and interim inspections. The tenant is paying her rent on time.
My question is this: now that the tenant is on a 100% new contract with a fixed term of 6 months then beoming periodic do I need to serve the perscribed information again?
