Just started using the guarantor form on the site as looks much better than my old one. Couple of questions :
a) Should the form be bound into the ast?
b) I presume the guarantor should get a copy of the ast?
c) If we had to go for the guarantor whilst the tenant was still in the property - say five odd weeks in arrears - should we issue a small claims against the guarantor or would this prejudice possession proceedings under S8 if we then went for eviction?
