My tenant wishes to sign a two or three year tenancy, which I am happy to agree to - I have kept the rent at the same rate for the coming year, but is it possible to increase the rent next May, when the AST will be still valid for a further year or two?
Is there any special wording I should include on an addendum, for instance?
Or should I just issue an AST for one year?
Thank you.
