Property Accounts Spreadsheet
At last nights meeting of the Portsmouth & District Landlord Association (the PDPLA), we had a big discussion about who uses accountants, who does it themselves, who uses spreadsheets versus shoe-boxes of receipts versus specialist software, etc. Net of the discussion was that between the various options, we have examples of all of them across our membership and 'each to their own'.
During the discussion, several people asked for a good example of a landlord property accounts spreadsheet and I have had a quick look around and can't find anything obvious, which is a surprise.
Any recommendations or suggestions?
