I used the Deed of Guarantee provided by RLA for one of my tenants instead of taking a deposit. When it was returned it was not completed properly.
The guarantors signature was witnessed but (1)the address of the witness is not correct and he did not put his full postal code (2) there was only one witness and there are spaces for two witnesses.

Therefore, I do have the full address of the guarantor as I send the deed form by post but is this deed still of valid?
