Selling to another landlord etc
1). We are about to try and sell our rented property with our tenants still in situ. The tenants are fully aware of this and in agreement. The local estate agent will market the house as "investors/landlords only".
Can you confirm this is ok and won't prejudice us later in the year if we need to serve notice/evict?
Does this change if there are 2 children (aged 6 and 9) ?
2). Does the RLA now offer a serving notice, eviction service?
