We currently include a clause in the Tenancy that tenants are required to allow access for viewings for the final 1 month of their Tenancy. Our agents have advised that we increase this period, as they have tenants looking some months in advance. In reality, how much can we rely on this clause (for 1 month or longer), can we actually insist on access if tenant doesn't want the intrusion? (NB Properties are in Wales)
