Electric Boilers / EPC rating

We've fitted electric boilers to 4 houses.
We did this because we believe electricity is more sustainable in the future and because we didn't want issues with carbon monoxide etc.

We've just had 5 EPCs done. Two of the houses had new electric boilers C rated.EPC rated these proerties as G. An absolutely identical house in the same road surveyed on the same day with the same surveyor was a C rating, but that one has a gas boiler.

What do I do? I've rung the Energy saving trust.

We can't be the only landlord that has fitted electric boilers?

Feeling that we will have to scrap new electric boilers and replace with gas. What a huge waste of money and resources.
