Hi all,

I am having issues with the bathroom in an HMO where I have 4 girls who seem to constantly be in the shower! There is no window in the bathroom and we have an extractor fan. But the condensation damp is so bad that the ceiling needs a repaint after only 8 months. I have been looking at solutions from Envirovent, Nuaire and Mr Venty - it seems the options are to have a cyclone fan that is permanently on, or a Positive Input Ventilation Unit - which is a lot more expensive.

If anyone has any experience of using either of these solutions or anything else then I would be grateful for advice!

Many thanks in advance
