While I was on holiday one of my landladies let her property as she knew the potential tenant. Landlady agreed to several pets.
I have conducted an inspection however upon the front door being opened the smell of cat pee is horrendous. The cat and dog sleep in animal beds within the bedrooms, also rabbits. Is there anything I can do to advise the tenant of the smell, cleaning the carpets that were laid in November prior to tenancy in December as tenant signed pet policy. My normal housekeeping letter does not cover this, the Energy assessor who also attended could not conduct her assessment and had to leave the property due to the smell and being physically sick.
