GDPR and Mid Term Tenancy Inspections
When appointing an inventory clerk to undertake a mid term tenancy inspection they will often take general rooms photographs to include in their reports.
It is often possible to identify from these photographs "sensitive personal data". For example family photographs may be visible in their photographs identifying race or ethnic origin of the occupants or religious symbols visible identifying their faith, common in Muslim and Catholic homes. Wheel chairs etc. may be visible.
My question is have they inadvertently harvested sensitive personal data?
