Deed of Guarantee procedure
The document refers to the
"upon the terms of the tenancy agreement dated 200* "
As the Guarantee must be made before the AST is signed (because a tenacy will only be granted if a guarantor is in place) should this date be left blank and filled in when the AST agreement is signed?
Would it be prudent to get the Guarantor to sign the actual AST as well to prove they have seen the document?
A step by step guide would not go amiss.
