New Build Snagging
Dispite numersous phonecalls / e-mails and meeting with site managers - these snagging issues have not been fully resolved!. Despite being informed by the builder that the issues are resolved!
We believe that there is water ingress in one of the apartments and electrical problems in another - the lists goes on.
We understand that there is a 2 year warranty and a 10 year NHBC guarantee with all new builds and these types of issues should be resolved by the builder.
As you can imagine we are very frustrated and annoyed!
We would like to know where we stand from a legal point and with the NHBC?
And secondly whether we are entitled to sort of compensation as these issues have been going on since February 07.
