I am currently thinking of giving notice to my letting agents in order for me to manage my property. It is a small terraced house that I have had for a year now. Tenant wishes to remain in property. I know I need to transfer deposit and a new tenancy agreement drawn up but I am very unsure what I need to do in terms of new GDPR. I only own one property, I was thinking of purchasing a second one but now I am having doubts. It seems that the government are hell bent on trying to make life as difficult as possible to landlords/property owners.
