Serving a Section21 Possessions notice at the start of the tenancy
I have people interested in my property and they viewed it through arla registered estate agents. I mentioned to them that I want them to serve a S21 possessions notice when the person collects the keys. They were extremely reluctant claiming they never had to serve one before and that it could deter potential tenants. What can I do to protect myself? The person interested is a divorcee with her young son. How else can I safeguard myself?
