The new GDPR regulation allows certain tenant personal information to be gathered/retained/shared and, apart from personal consent, there are 3 other 'gateways' to allow landlords to do this. However,my understanding is that the tenant can at any time withdraw their permission/consent which will then prevent the landlord from retaining/sharing the information. Surely, if a tenant withdraws their consent, they cannot remain as that landlord's tenant and must vacate the property they occupy? If this is the case,but the tenant refuses to leave, what options does the landlord have to evict them? Regards Lyn Evans
