Residential Block Management
We're on the resident's Management Committee for a small block of 11 flats in Kent and we've been thinking of taking on a Block Management Agent to deal with matters for us - at the moment, it can be awkward dealing owner to owner over issues such as breaches of the leasehold by either the owner or any tenants they might have. Also some of the owners are getting fed up with the admin involved. We're not entirely sure how much of an advantage it would be to employ a Managing Agent instead to run the block and wondered whether any forum members have experience of this or could indeed recommend a suitable agent in the South East Kent area. Your comments would be very much appreciated.
