Is there now a statutory right to evict a tenant due to noise nuisance - the tenant uses foul and abusive language regularly shouting out of the flat windows upsetting other tenants who feel intimadated. The tenant is the owners adopted daughter and has a small 3 year old child - the landlord says she is half way through a 3 year tenancy agreement but i doubt she even has one , section 8 or 21 presumably dont apply in this case
