Serving Notice under Section 21(4)
Hello, I did the 'Simple Quiz' and have a question. I have recently taken over the management of my tenant from a letting agent. They set up the Tenancy Agreement and did the Tenancy Deposit - I have copies of those documents and they appear to be in order. The question is - Who institutes the recovery of the Tenancy Deposit and can rent arrears be deducted from the deposit?
