I have just returned from court where I obtained a pocession order and money judgement. The tenant is on universal credit and told the judge she would need a warrant before the council would re house. Does this mean we will have to get baliffs to issue the warrant once the eviction date has come. When do I apply to the baliffs, where and how much? What is the peocedure regarding the money judgement as I can not see them handing it over. I am quite confused as the Court didnt tell us anything. Can anyone explain!! Thank you in advance!
