Access for repairs.
The tenant won't let the agent in to inspect and assess repairs. He says he works and can only do evenings and weekends. The agent is only available Mondays to Fridays during office hours. This is not an emergency, but if he persists in not being available except then, can we send him a letter giving him 48 hours notice or whatever, and go in with the key. He has not had an inspection for at least a year, possibly two.
