Hi everyone, in your experience what is the likelihood of getting our rent arrears of nearly £7,000 back from a tenant- single mum with 3 children, whose Housing benefit was stopped due to starting employment. Will the County court bailiifs try to recover the money or just possession of the property?
Will using a High Court Enforcement officers increase the chance of getting that money (may be via instalment plan?!? ) or is envolving High Court just a waiste of money?

Thanks for any advice and opinions
