How does a landlord lawfully check if the property has been vacated following the expiry of the Court order? Does he still need to inform the tenant of his intention to do an ispection of the property or just turn up? can he enter into the property? What if the tenant hasn't been in contact at all? What if there is no access to the property? (For example the tenant has changed the keys??
