Is anyone else having difficulties with local authorities over household waste management or collections.
I run a hmo. My council has for sometime been running a fortnightly collections.
They have now announced and started to only collect one general waste bin from each household.
As a hmo in the past i had one bin per let. Last year all my bins where taken away. I obtained a second bin. And until this week it was being emptied. Now they are refusing to take. This is going to cause a build up of waste on my property. I have written to the council since last year and am being ignored.
I have also heard in the news monthly collections are about to be piloted across the country.
As a hmo surely I am entitled to more bins. Help and advise would be appreciated
