Electrical Test Report / Recommendation
The report has highlighted some items which it states are 'at risk' and require 'urgent remedial action'
My understanding is that these are all things where the regs have changed (the house is now 8 years old)and not where anything has been found to be faulty / not working (e.g. no supplementary bonding in bathroom from circuit to pipework)
I am confused - I thought that updating to meet current regs was only required when new work was done?
I don't want to incur unnecessary expenditure - what are my options?
