Antigua and Barbuda is a constitutional monarchy and a Commonwealth realm, with Queen Elizabeth II as its reigning monarch since 1 November 1981. As such she is Antigua and Barbuda's sovereign and officially called Queen of Antigua and Barbuda.

Hi I know Barbuda well, and I am considering buying a property their. I have friends their and would like to rent on a long term basis (Not holiday let). But I would like to cover myself, therefore would a UK Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement be legally binding.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards
Mandy
