Hi I have a tenant who is £3000 in arrears she started her tenancy agreement in 2014 with her husband her husband has since left the property in September 2017, the tenancy agreement are still in both names and he did not surrender his tenancy.
I issued a section 21 notice in November 2017 which expired on the 24th of January 2018, Iíve protected the deposit but failed to issue prescribed information.
What would the quickest way be of removing this tenant because, I have had constant lies and been let down with the rent and there is no way she will be able to pay the rent arrears.
Could I pursue her husband for some or all of the arrears.
