Co-op mortgage terms - consequences if I don't get consent to let?
I obviously object to the fact that they are increasing my mortgage interest rate by 1% rather than giving me a year to let for free as other mortgage companies do...
But in their terms, they specifically mention the rates without consent - which makes me think they may not mind too much if I don't tell them? Otherwise - why quote the same rates in each case..? The image below shows what I mean with the two letting charges:
