I received notice from two male tenants sharing a flat. The notice expired on the 10th October 2007. The tenants went into rent arrears and I was unable to contact them as they both left the porperty almost a month before their notice ended and they would not reply to the messages that I left on their phones. When I viewed the flat I noticed that one of the tenants has left a wardrobe full of clothes, hi fi equipement, personal papers, hoover, boxes of bedding, boxes of crockery etc all of which amounted to almost a garage full of odds and ends.
The new tenant moves in on the 20th of October. Can anyone advise me what I can legally do to remove it all and dump it.
