when my tenants viewed my house the house was lived in by previous tenants. One of the new tenants has moved in but has stated the fridge smells the freezer smells and his bedroom smells of damp
I have cleaned the fridge and freezer again and told him to air the bedroom and also advised him to have the central heating on.
he has moved out of the property and said for me to rectify the problem and he will then move back in
he should have explained then that he had a asthma condition,at no point he mentioned this until yesterday
the house had a damp course injected some years ago and air brick also installed.
He has moved out of the property and said for me to rectify the problem and he will then move back in
Please can you help with advise
ho do i stand on this issue what will i do ? What can the tenant do ?
