I've got a couple of EPC queries that have come up as part of a re-mortgage process. Firstly, the RLA site states that the EPC doesn't need to be provided if a new tenancy is entered into with an existing tenant. So as long as they had it originally that would be ok? Also, it is a company let, is the EPC still required. Finally, if the EPC has expired am I obliged to get a new one, or is it only required at the point of re-marketing the property?
