Oct 2016 - Tenant stops paying rent and leaves the property with no notice given and no way of contacting them.
May 2018 - A possession order is granted by the courts, following numerous failed attempts to contact the tenant
Housing Benefit made up £406pcm of a rent of £475pcm.
At what stage, should Housing Benefit have ceased? Would it be when the tenant first left (October 2017) or when possession was gained (May 2018)?
