Tenant contra charges me for plumber call out
Tenant (apparently) had problem with continual flushing loo - so calls out emergency plumber at 11pm, he is there 20 minutes and charges £240 total for call out and "repair".
The first we hear is a bill sent to us, paid by tenant, wanting full refund. She did not contact us to discuss the problem. Bill has no contact details - no telephone/email/VAT/address, Nadda - nothing - am inclined to not pay up, but would appreciate others suggestions as how to proceed! Thank you.
