This is more an advice question than a help question. I am in the process of purchasing a studio flat. I have no previous experience of studios, having always bought one beds before, and am not sure whether I should provide a proper bed or a sofa bed. Which is the norm here? A sofa bed would look much better, but who wants to get a bed out every night and put it away again every morning - I certainly wouldn't. However, a proper bed would not really look right in this particular studio for showing people round. Are there are guidelines on this one - do any Landlords have any advice on what they have found works best? I don't want to put potential tenants off if they are expecting a proper bed.

Thanks
