Uploading evidence data for deposit dispute
I have initiated a dispute deposit with TDS . Have filled part one of the application form and sent it to relavent department.. l am not able to upload the checkin and checkout inventory files and photographs to the web site . I sent the relavent documents by email . I am informed that TDS dispute resolution team does not accept evidence by email . Also the inventory file are too big to be uploaded on the web site.
Please help. Tenant moved out 15th June. Although the property is managed by Dacreson and Hartley ,l am doing this work myself because the property managers work was not tomy satisfaction.
