Fire alarm and emergency lighting tests
I have a 5 bed hmo which has a Grade A LD2 fire alarm system. I carry out weekly checks on the fire alarm system and monthly checks for the emergency lighting.
Can you confirm if log book needs to be a physical book or can an electronic version be kept to indicate that the check has been made.
Does the log book need to be kept on site or can it be kept offsite?
Does the RLA have fire system log book template?
