Both myself and tenant wish to cancel current AST but I obv don't want a void
And letting agent says they can't advertise for new tenant whilst current AST in place? I believe cancellation can be done on a 'without fault' basis, but apparently the property can't be advertised by agents till he's gone, is that right? Or?
Any info/help/advice would be much appreciated, thanks!
